How long does it take for the voucher email to appear in your inbox once you have purchased a deal?

Hi Kim, It should appear right away. Please check your spam/junk folder. You can always access your deals by clicking on your name (where it says "signed in as ...") at the top of the page. Then click on My Deals and you will be able to print off a your voucher. Hope that helps! Nicole
